Guacamole with rice crackers

Makes 8 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • Juice of a lime
  • 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp (25 mL) red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • 40 unsalted rice crackers

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mash avocado with a fork.
  2. Add the cumin, cilantro, red onion, salt and pepper. Mix together.
  3. Transfer to a serving dish and serve with rice crackers.
