Guacamole with rice crackers
Makes 8 servings
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- Juice of a lime
- 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) ground cumin
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) red onion, finely chopped
- 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) salt
- Pepper to taste
- 40 unsalted rice crackers
Directions
- In a large bowl, mash avocado with a fork.
- Add the cumin, cilantro, red onion, salt and pepper. Mix together.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve with rice crackers.
