It was developed to help you take charge of controllable aspects of your illness and its effects on your daily activities. There are 7 learning sessions or modules. You can use the program by yourself, with your family or with a group of people. If you need assistance working through and understanding the modules, ask your nurse, physician or another healthcare worker.
