This directory was created by the Heart and Stroke Foundation to help you find community support resources that may help you in your recovery from stroke. Please note that the resources in this directory are not inclusive of all resources that are available in your community. In this directory, your search will provide links to national and provincial organizations’ websites that typically provide a comprehensive listing of national, provincial, and community-level resources. On occasion, you may find a resource in this directory that serves a smaller region (e.g. a rehabilitation clinic) where a national or provincial site does not capture this information. We encourage you use this directory in conjunction with other resources you get from your hospital, family doctor, caregivers, and other community support networks.
If you have any problems using this directory, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
